As an innovative leader in law technology, Jenn is known for her unique approach: a growth mindset that requires a deeply creative process. With a creativity-first lens, McCarron builds teams from the ground up that revolutionize major organizations and the industry at large. McCarron has held technology leadership roles at world renowned companies such as Spotify, Cisco, and most recently as the Director of Legal Operations and Technology at Netflix, where she led strategic financial management, technology and innovation, operations, and knowledge management for Netflix’s global legal function. 

As the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium (CLOC)’s Board President, Jenn sets strategy and vision while hosting the organization’s legal ops and tech podcast, “CLOC Talk.” Her wide-ranging conversations cover technical aspects but strongly lean toward answering the thorny, philosophical questions in the field. Jenn hosts with a balance of edge and heart, adding voice, personality, and a deeply human quality to legal tech.
